I created the FNDL CREATV SMMT to give our growing creative organization space to step away from daily delivery, reconnect, and develop together. The multiday experience combined guest speakers, workshops, team challenges, creative exercises, and social programming to strengthen relationships, expand skills, and build a more connected creative culture.
